Where does MOVE FIT take place?

MOVE FIT takes place at ExCeL London.

Is there parking?

Yes – please use the main Orange car park which is underneath the venue. If you are using a sat nav use postcode E16 1DR to get to the carpark.
Once inside the car park follow signs to the ICC in order to be closer to the MOVE FIT entrance.
Parking is a flat rate of £15 per day (pay and display).

We are coming by coach, is there a drop off point?

Yes – at the East Car Park by the Aloft Hotel – postcode E16 1FR.
Coaches can also park in the East Car Park at the rate of £30 per day.

When do I get sent my ticket?

If you select the e-ticket option you will receive your ticket/s shortly after purchase.

For 2017, Postal ticket orders were dispatched from January. Please use this as a guideline for 2018.

Once I have bought my tickets, can I change the day or change the dance class?

Unfortunately not – with the event being very popular, it will be very difficult to accommodate changes. Please visit :

I'm coming as part of a large group/coach party, how do we buy tickets?

There is a separate process to help coordinate large bookings and MOVE FIT offers the following group bookings discounts:

Bookings of 15 or more = 5% off entry ticket price
Bookings of 30 or more = 10% off entry ticket price
Booking fee £5

I now can't come to the show, can I have a refund?

We are sorry, but we are not able to refund tickets for people who can't make it.

Can I bring my baby/under 5 year old?

Yes, MOVE FIT is a family friendly show, though the live performances are noisy and may contain flashing lights, so might not be suitable for very small children.

Under 5’s do not require an entry ticket.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes there is, you'll be able to leave your bags in a secure place. There is a cost of £1 per item.

What time should i arrive before my dance class?

There is 15 minutes break between classes, arrive early to drop your things and warm up before the class starts.

What to wear to classes?

There are limited changing spaces at the event, therefore come dressed to move and in the footwear you plan to workout in. If a class requires props or equipment this will be provided to you at the start of the class.

Is there a restaurant?

Yes. There are various cafes and outlets selling food at the show.

Can I buy things from the show, or is it just for looking around?

There will be a large number of companies selling their ranges of fitness wear, accessories and a host of products to purchase. Many take credit cards but some will only accept cash. There is a cash point in the venue.

I'm Coming in a wheelchair, do you have wheelchair access?


All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

There are 40 toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building.

Accessible parking
There are 124 accessible parking spaces in the Orange Car Park (recommended car park for MOVE FIT). Spaces are available to blue badge holders only and badges must be displayed at all times. Accessible parking is charged at the normal rate of £15 per day (pay and display).
