In 2011, Matt conceived BoxingYoga™ as a means of helping his boxers improve their strength and flexibility; maximise power, prevent injury, and maintain health.

MOVE FIT sees Matt launch his latest concept: HIIB® - High Intensity Interval Boxing. A serious test of mental and physical strength, for all expertise levels.



Maydíne BodyFusion Fitness has made a big impact on the fitness industry with her unique style, high energy and very motivational workouts!

Teaching and Fitness Presenting on national and international circuits for over 20 years with a no nonsense approach, Maydíne's top priority is to help others discover their maximum potential.


Mitch Harper is a multi-talented fitness presenter who has taught throughout the UK at fitness events. He was selected as a FIGHT KLUB® Master Trainer in 2016 and brings his enigmatic energy to his spin classes, leaving participants elated and asking for more.

Mitch’s sessions are not to be missed!



Founder and Creator of VeraFlow™, Fitmalion™ and CoverMyClass™, Naomi trains, supports and empowers dance and fitness professionals in their personal and business development.
Naomi has been an international fitness presenter for over 10 years, travelling throughout the world to teach training courses, workshops and masterclasses to thousands of people.



Sara is a Personal Trainer, Qualified Yoga instructor in Ashtanga, Rocket, Mandala, Yin and Buti Yoga.

Coming from a dance and fitness background, Sara’s classes are dynamic bridge the gap between the fitness and yoga worlds; whilst focusing on spinal techniques and the importance of linking breath to movement.



Sunny Singh a.k.a. Snake Boy, IS the top male belly dancer in London, who can teach you how to twerk like a Pro!

A fitness presenter for 15 years, Sunny was born to perform on stage, with a resume that includes a well-received performance on Britain’s Got Talent!



Tony Stone began his career at Reebok, moving on to work with artists such as Vanilla Ice, LL Cool J and Kelis.

Tony has trained and choreographed for Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliot, Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland, Christina Aguilera, Lil Kim, Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez, and Chris Brown.



Troy has spent over 20 years in the industry. His career has seen him train high profile clients, make celebrity fitness DVDs, present at conventions globally, and most recently be invited to appear on the BBC’s Sport Relief Danceathon.

Troy is also the creator of the boxing workout, FIGHT KLUB®!



Weininger’s athletic roots are certainly very strong. He was the first ever Gladiators Champion in the ITV series of the 1990s, beating the likes of Wolf, Warrior and Shadow to claim the title.

Witness Weininger’s passionate energy as he takes you through the dance-aerobic moves of his quirky Rastacise class.



Will Brereton is the founder of SH1FT – smart high intensity functional training. Will has presented all over the world as a Master Trainer for companies like Les Mills and Beachbody, and is known for his high energy classes (and kiwi accent!)



Zoe McNulty is a Top UK Dance Fitness Presenter, a Body Image Movement Global Ambassador (BIMGA™) and a Health At Every Size (HAES™) Body Positivity Activist. As the Headmistress at the School of Strut® she specialises in helping women feel good about their figures, regardless of shape or size, through her fun and feisty dance concepts.

Her approachability, creativity, dynamic style and her fun personality, combined with a desire to help others has made her a firm favourite with class participants far and wide.



Zsofia has been working as a Fitness Professional since 2001.

Zsofia achieved a BSc and MSc in Sport Science and went onto become a fitness tutor at one of the leading Fitness schools in Hungary.

She now regularly teaches at large fitness conventions and events in both Hungary and London.



Sarah-Jane developed the dance cycle workout 'Groovecycle' after spending 15 years as a professional dancer and choreographer.

Sarah worked with the Olympics and Paralympics closing ceremony artistic team, and also choreographed the opening to The Rolling Stones' 50th Anniversary concert!
